Nope, ikke enda. De har ikke engang fått kjolen på Brudalgown.net (de hadde i hvert fall ikke den sist torsdag). Men jeg sendte dem en mail og fikk et veldig bra svar, så merkelig nok er jeg beroliget:
Your gown has not arrived yet. Please keep in mind that dates are estimates because these are made to order gowns, as discussed on our website. Based on other arrivals, I anticipate your gown will arrive soon and we will ship as quickly as possible.
Just to give you a little comfort, I want to explain the process a little more. A custom made gown has an estimated delivery because there is a lengthy process involved that can easily have delays along the way. After the order is placed it is entered into the production schedule in the order received. The manufacturer in the US (Maggie) schedules the production with the factory in China. After the gown is made and inspected, it ships to the US and must clear customs. After clearing customs it ships to the US warehouse along with hundreds of other gowns in the same shipment. It is unpacked, sorted and received into the system in no particular order. The gown is inspected by several people, matched to an order, invoiced out, packed for shipping and then finally shipped. And, another caveat…The factories in China close for an entire month for the Chinese New Year. This typically slows deliveries this time of year, every year.
We have been doing this for years and, rest assured, all is well. Sorry to bore you with the details, but I sometimes find it helps brides understand why there can be variability in the delivery time and why dates are provided as estimates. You are in good hands, I promise!
Synes dette viser at de tar kundene sine på alvor. Så får jeg bare håpe at servicen er like god i alle ledd inkl leveranse da! [smilie=aiwebs_005.gif]

Er litt enig, i hvert fall i statene! Men er det like vanlig her hjemme da?
